Beautifully filmed in the Arizona desert, it has two gently flowing yoga practices. The first segment increases grace and flexibility; the second builds strength and stamina. Both sections feature basic yoga poses like warriors and sun salutations — structured in fluid, dynamic sequences (no long "static holds"). You also get ballet, balance and even physical therapy exercises (e.g. "fireflow fingers" — a seated stretch with interlaced toes and fingers). Many moves include optional harder/easier modifications. It ends with a great cooldown — guided meditation followed by a series of deep stretches.
